I have always been having get the things done attitude. I believe in accomplishing the tasks with strong ethical and moral values. I like to be productive while being in an appreciative and growing environment that not only contributes in the organization s progress but, also gives a feeling of self accomplishment. It is every effort, every person that makes anything possible. I have been in Academia for over a decade now. Apart from teaching, delivering high quality lectures, I am also working as a departmental Timetable In charge of one of the biggest department for over five years now, along with that I am also the coordinator of visiting faculty and permanent member of Board of Studies (BOS) and have played a significant role in revising and reviewing departmental Scheme of Studies (SOS) for various Bachelors and Masters sessions and working as Class In Charge, and Enrollment Advisor of various sections.
I believe a calm temperament, soft skills, problem solving, critical thinking and logical reasoning rather than jumping on the conclusions as some of my core strengths.

I am Silver Medalist in BA Hons English Literature.
