Research Area
Main research area is implimentation of natural therapeuticly important functional food to reduce synthetic load onto thre environment. Furthermore Green extraction technologies are subsituted against the toxic hazardeous techniques for Isolation, characterization, and biological evaluation of bioactive compounds from medicinal plants and food sources with emphasis on antioxidant, antidiabetic, antimicrobial, antitumor, wound healing, and cytotoxic activities using in vitro, in vivo Evaluation of nutritional and bioactive composition of nutraceuticaly important food products by applying (HPLC, GC-MS, UV-Vis, AAS).
