A seminar on Career Development and Communication Skills

The department of Sociology, in collaboration with the Society of Social and Interfaith Harmony organized a seminar on "Career Development and Communication Skills" in seminar room(Fatima Block)on 12 December,2025. Representatives from Bright Routes Education Consultants were guest speakers for the event. Seminar commenced with recitation of verses from Holy Quran followed by Naat-e-Rasool. Dr. Sajida Parveen, in charge department of Sociology and advisor of Social and Interfaith Harmony Society welcomed the students and guests. After the address, Prof. Asad Hayat Joiya from Bright Routes Consultants conducted a very informative talk on effective communication skills. Mr. Rao Hassan Tasleem continued the seminar with a talk on career Development and available avenues for students in abroad. Both the speakers answered the queries of participants in very cordial manner. An MOU was also signed between Bright Routes Education Consultants and university. Prof. Dr. Aysha Sameen, Coordinator Social Sciences graced the event and represented university in signing of MOU. She appreciated the speakers and organizers of the seminar. Seminar concluded with thanking note by Dr. Sajida Parveen.
