Study Tour

The Department of Zoology organized an educational study tour to Harappa to provide students with practical exposure to paleontology and natural history. During the visit, students explored the archaeological site and collected various fossil specimens under faculty supervision. The tour enhanced their understanding of fossil formation, biodiversity through geological time, and the importance of preserving natural heritage. It was an enriching learning experience that strengthened students' observational, analytical, and field research skills.
