MPU-NAHE Phase II: GCWUF Empowers Faculty Through Module III on Growth and Reflection The Faculty & Staff Development Center (FSDC), GCWUF successfully conducted Module III of the MPU-NAHE Phase II Mentoring Program, titled "Growth and Reflection: Expectations and Goals," at Jinnah Auditorium. The interactive session featured Prof. Dr. Sofia Anwar, Dr. Abida Kausar, and Dr. Mubashra Sadia, who inspired participants through practical insights on goal setting, continuous learning, resilience, work-life balance, and professional growth. Through engaging discussions and reflective activities, mentees explored their aspirations and strengthened their commitment to academic excellence and leadership.
