Five-Day Capacity Building Program for University Management Successfully Conducted at GC Women University Faisalabad

Faisalabad, December 06,2024: Government College Women University Faisalabad (GCWUF), in collaboration with the Higher Education Commission (HEC), successfully organized a five-day ???Capacity Building Program for University Management??? from December 2 to December 6, 2024. The program was aimed at enhancing administrative, financial, and managerial capacities of university officials through interactive sessions, expert lectures, and practical discussions on modern university governance and management practices. Senior management officials and administrative representatives from Government College Women University Faisalabad and National Textile University (NTU) Faisalabad actively participated in the training sessions. The participants appreciated the initiative and highlighted the importance of such professional development programs for improving institutional efficiency and governance standards in higher education institutions. During the program, renowned resource persons shared valuable insights on leadership, strategic planning, financial management, quality assurance, human resource management, and effective administrative practices. The sessions also provided an opportunity for participants to exchange experiences and strengthen inter-university collaboration. The Vice Chancellor of GC Women University Faisalabad appreciated the support of HEC for providing financial assistance for the successful conduct of the program.
