Awareness Session on the Global Science Journal Synexis

Faculty and Staff Development Center, Government College Women University Faisalabad (GCWUF) organized an Awareness Session on the Global Science Journal Synexis on 26th September 2025 in the Video Conference Room. The event was jointly arranged by the Directorate of Academics and the Faculty & Staff Development Centre (F&SDC), GCWUF. Dr. Sohail Hameed (Chief Editor Synexis Biosciences; Adjunct Professor, PIEAS) introduced Synexis, a newly launched international journal of science and engineering research under the Pakistan Nuclear Society (PNS). He highlighted its mission to promote rigorous scholarship, interdisciplinary collaboration, and impactful scientific publishing. He was joined by Dr. Abdul Malik Paracha, Principal Scientist, NIBGE, who provided an overview of the journal and the role of PNS. He invited participants to become members of PNS and shared ideas for mutual research collaboration. The session was attended by Heads of Departments, faculty members, researchers, and ORIC official. The discussions offered valuable insights into publishing opportunities and academic partnerships. In her concluding remarks, Prof. Dr. Zill-i-Huma Nazli, Pro-VC and Director Academics, commended the initiative, thanked the distinguished speakers, and reaffirmed GCWUF s commitment to strengthening research culture and global linkages.
