No-Commitment Session Mentoring Program for Universities NAHE-HEC Phase II The Faculty and Staff Development Center (FSDC), Government College Women University Faisalabad, successfully conducted the No-Commitment Session under the Mentoring Program for Universities NAHE-HEC Phase II on 10th June 2026 at Jinnah Auditorium GCWUF. The session served as an introductory orientation for prospective mentors and mentees, aimed at familiarizing participants with the objectives, structure, and expected outcomes of the mentoring program. Participants were briefed on the significance of mentoring in fostering professional growth, career development, leadership skills, and academic excellence within higher education institutions. During the session, an overview of the mentoring framework was presented, including the roles and responsibilities of mentors and mentees, confidentiality considerations, professional boundaries, communication expectations, and the overall mentoring process. The participants were encouraged to share their expectations and concerns, resulting in a productive and interactive discussion. The session successfully enhanced participants understanding of the mentoring initiative and provided them with the information necessary to make an informed decision regarding their participation in the program. The positive engagement and enthusiastic response from attendees reflected a strong interest in establishing meaningful mentoring relationships and contributing to a supportive professional learning environment. The No-Commitment Session achieved its intended objectives and laid a solid foundation for the effective implementation of the Mentoring Program for Universities NAHE-HEC Phase II at Government College Women University Faisalabad.
