Ms. Sadia Taimur, Chief Minister s Advisor for Women Development, Applauds GCWUF s Summer Camp 2025 for Transforming the Academic Ecosystem with AI, Professional Growth, and Well-being. Faisalabad, July 31, 2025 Government College Women University Faisalabad (GCWUF) successfully concluded its Summer Camp 2025, themed Transforming the Academic Ecosystem with AI, Professional Growth, and Wellbeing , with a vibrant closing ceremony held on July 31 at Jinnah Auditorium. The three-week summer camp, from July 3 to 31, aimed to equip faculty and staff (Grade 16 and above) with essential skills in AI Tools in Education, Professional growth, Emotional Intelligence, Social Skills, Well-being, Time and Stress Management. The event was graced by the Chief Guest, Ms. Sadia Taimur Parliamentary Secretary for the Women Development Department, along with MPAs Syndicate Members Ms. Qudsia Batool and Ms. Uzma Raja. Ms. Sadia Taimur applauded the vision of the Vice Chancellor for focusing on developing human resources by learning the latest technologies, as well as professional and social grooming. She enforced that all the themes are essential for the growth of staff and to empower them. She also highlighted the inclusive approach of the administration. Academic. Extending her support for women's empowerment, she emphasized Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz s vision of women-centred development, urging women to uplift each other and men to support gender equality actively. Ms. Qudsia Batool and Ms. Uzma Raja also expressed their appreciation for the training. Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Kanwal Ameen (T.I.), Patron-in-Chief of the Summer Camp, expressed gratitude to the chief guest and guests of honour. She informed that the camp provided hands-on, future-ready training to empower our educators and staff to face contemporary challenges. She resolved to continue this journey of professional development and research excellence. She acknowledged the efforts of the team involved in training and specifically Dr. Farhat Jubeen, incharge of the Staff and Faculty Development Centre, for curating the impactful sessions.
