Summer Camp 2025; Technical Sessions on Professional Growth ' Faculty & Staff Development Center ' GCWUF ' 23rd July 2025 ' Venue: Jinnah Auditorium The Faculty & Staff Development Center (FSDC) at Government College Women University Faisalabad successfully conducted another insightful session under Summer Camp 2025, themed 'Transforming the Academic Ecosystem with AI and Professional Growth.' The training brought together faculty members from all disciplines and non-teaching staff (BPS-16 and above), who participated actively and enthusiastically throughout the day. Mr. Sajjad Amjad, Director, Intelligence & Investigation (FBR Faisalabad), and Ms. Beenish Aruj, Deputy Commissioner (FBR Faisalabad), jointly conducted a highly interactive session on Professional Presence and Personal Grooming for Workplace Excellence. Their session included a practical activity in which participants were given handouts for evaluation. Selected individuals were then placed in hypothetical professional scenarios to elicit their responses. Each case was reviewed by two designated reviewers, followed by expert feedback and final remarks by the resource persons'making it a truly reflective and engaging experience. Dr. Sadia Asim, Acting Registrar, GCWUF, presented a comprehensive talk on Governance in Higher Education Institutions, highlighting policy structures, academic responsibility, and strategic leadership within institutional frameworks. Dr. Nausheen Syed, Acting Treasurer, GCWUF, delivered an in-depth session on Financial Management in Higher Education, focusing on budgetary planning, accountability, and effective utilization of institutional resources. The event concluded with Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Kanwal Ameen distributing shields among the distinguished speakers, acknowledging their valuable contributions and reinforcing the university's commitment to capacity building and professional growth.
