Hands-on Training on AI Tools for Faculty and Staff (Batch-I) Organized by: Faculty & Staff Development Center & Center of Skill Development and Technical Education Venue: E-Rozgaar Lab, GCWUF Staff Batch-I: 7'8 July 2025 As part of GCWUF's commitment to enhancing technological fluency and operational efficiency across academic and administrative domains, the Faculty & Staff Development Center in collaboration with the Center of Skill Development and Technical Education organized Hands-on Training Sessions on AI Tools for both faculty and staff members under the university's Summer Camp 2025 initiative. These interactive sessions were designed to equip participants with practical knowledge and skills in using Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance teaching methodologies, streamline administrative workflows, and foster innovation in day-to-day operations. Resource Persons: ' Ms. Madeeha Arshad ' Computer Programmer ' Ms. Hafiza Iqra Muqaddas ' Computer Programmer ' Mr. M. Adil Mahmood ' Lab Engineer (All affiliated with the Center of Skill Development and Technical Education, GCWUF) Training Objectives: ' To introduce AI-based applications for document creation, data visualization, and educational content development. ' To demonstrate the integration of AI tools in academic delivery and institutional reporting. ' To promote the use of AI for enhanced productivity and digital communication within administrative structures. The sessions featured live demonstrations and guided practice on a variety of AI platforms, promoting participant engagement and immediate application of skills learned. Attendees expressed strong interest and appreciation for the practical orientation of the training, marking it as a timely and essential capacity-building initiative in the digital age.
